Shipping Policy

At MILA PLUSH, we aim to provide fast standard delivery to any address domestically and internationally. However, please note we do not deliver to P.O Boxes etc.

FREE Shipping within the UK on orders over £100.  For orders below £100, the standard shipping fee will be charged.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered for example, those that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbour, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before completing your order.

For international orders, please allow 5-12 business days for shipping once your ordered has been processed excluding any unforeseen customs delays outside our control. 

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any customs charges or delays. All customs charges (duties, taxes and fees) are your responsibility.

Whilst we are delivering internationally, orders are subject to significant delays due to the virus. 

 

A confirmation email will be sent once you place your order and payment has been received. There will be follow up email confirming your order been processed and shipped along with all tracking details. Return & Exchange Policy

To guarantee the safety of every customer and in accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless faulty or incorrectly sold.

  • Should you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly sold order for a refund or to exchange certain products within your order, you must inform us within 2 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products to us within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders (UK) and 14 days for international orders. The products must be in the same condition and its original packaging as supplied, with a copy of the proof of payment. 

  • All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to items whilst in your possession.

  • We may not be able to exchange your product with the exact item(s) you purchased as they may be part of a limited edition online at the time of purchase. However, we will find you the best possible alternative product(s) in such instances.

  • For full or partial refunds on faulty products, you will be refunded to the value of your purchase. For full or partial exchanges, you will be able to seek a replacement to the value of the products purchased.

  • Delivery charges can only be refunded when the whole order is returned and are not redeemable on partial order returns.

As part of our return policy (as applicable), all returns will need to be received and processed within the maximum number of days stated above.  

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2- 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to show up in your account.  Returns are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays).
